Sustainability

A more responsible textile is possible.

For us, sustainability is not an add-on but a strategic choice. We pursue it on three concrete fronts: REBORN line of certified recycled yarns, low-impact energy-efficient machinery, and traceable supply chain control.

GRS-certified recycled yarns, with the same quality as virgin yarns.

The REBORN line was born to offer our customers a circular alternative with no compromises. We use recycled fibres — mainly from pre-consumer polyamide — processed with our Air-Jet technology to guarantee the same uniformity, stability and colour performance as virgin yarns.

  • Recycled raw material certified to the GRS (Global Recycled Standard).
  • Full traceability along the entire supply chain: from fibre to finished yarn.
  • Guaranteed performance: dimensional stability, color uniformity, strength in processing.
  • Available across the entire range: every item in our catalogue can be produced in REBORN version.

REBORN line — New Yarn recycled yarns

Strength, versatility and certified traceability.

  • Strength and versatility — technical performance in line with virgin yarns.
  • Meets strict traceability requirements — full documentation along the entire supply chain.

The Global Recycled Standard is promoted by Textile Exchange, one of the non-profit organizations that foster responsible and sustainable development in the textile sector at an international level.

Through this standard, Textile Exchange acknowledges the fundamental importance of recycling for the growth of a sustainable production and consumption model; it aims to reduce the consumption of resources (virgin raw materials, water and energy) and to increase the quality of recycled products.

Three concrete levers for a lower-impact textile.

01

Circular economy

With the REBORN line we transform textile waste and recycled plastics into high-quality yarns, contributing to closing the material loop.

02

Energy efficiency

The 2025 machine park was designed to reduce energy consumption and process waste, with significantly lower environmental impact.

03

Certified supply chain

Our GRS and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I certifications guarantee environmental respect, product safety and social correctness.

New Yarn sustainable commitment

Produce well, produce less waste, produce with transparency.

We believe true sustainability is measured by facts, not declarations. That's why every production choice is documented, tracked and verifiable.

Our customers can request at any time the supply chain documentation of the supplied batches: GRS Transaction Certificate, detailed technical data sheets and OEKO-TEX® declarations of conformity.
